Addiction coaching – without judgement

I work with people who have:

  • alcohol and substance use issues

  • gambling problems

You do not need to:

  • be sober

  • have decided to quit

  • fit into a program

We work on:

  • understanding your drinking / substance use and the funktion it serves

  • reducing shame, chaos, and self-criticism

  • create more choice and less compulsion

  • taking steps toward change that actually last

Relapse Prevention

I work with people who:

  • have relapsed into drinking / drug use / gambling after a shorter or longer period of recovery

  • Want to increase their self-awareness and learn more about their relapse warning signs

You do not need to:

  • have undergone treatment before

  • have relapsed yet, or feel that you are close to doing so 

We work with:

  • increased self-awareness

  • identifying patterns and early warning signs

  • developing strategies to interrupt the relapse process as early as possible

Booking a session:

Our sessions take place online via video link at a time that suits you

To book a session, you send an email with suggested times that suit you, as well as your time zone. I will then get back to you and confirm a time that works for both of us.

Before the meeting, I will send you a link via Teams or Google Meet. If, for any reason, that is not possible, we can instead use WhatsApp.

Coaching for those who are family members or affected by codependency

I also offer support for those of you who are family members or loved ones and want to understand, change, and break unhealthy patterns in order to improve their well-being in everyday life.
